What we collect when you visit this website

We keep basic usage statistics for saauzi.com and our blog — which pages are read, roughly where readers come from, and what kind of device they use — so we can see what is working and improve the site.

This information is not tied to your name. We do not store your raw IP address, and we do not know who you are unless you tell us by creating an account.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, and to measure how the site is used. You can delete or block cookies in your browser; the site will still work, but signing in will not.

What we collect when you have an account

To run your business on Saauzi we hold your name, email address, phone number, business name and address, and the records you create in the platform — products, orders, customers, invoices and cashbook entries. We hold these for as long as your account is open.

Your customers' data belongs to you

When a shopper buys from a store built on Saauzi, that shopper's details belong to the merchant, not to us. We hold them on the merchant's behalf, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to market anything of our own. If you are a shopper and want your details removed, ask the store you bought from; they can delete them, and we will help if they ask us to.

Who else sees your data

We pass data to these companies only so the service can work:

• Google Analytics — website traffic statistics.
• Google Fonts — loads the fonts this site uses.
• Cloudflare — serves and protects our sites and files.
• Payment providers — when you pay us, or a shopper pays a Saauzi store, the payment is handled by the provider chosen at checkout. We never see or store full card numbers.
• YouTube — where a page embeds a video, using its no-cookie mode.

We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Visit records are kept while they are useful for understanding how people find us. Account and business records are kept while your account is open, and for as long afterwards as Nepali tax and company law requires. Ask us and we will delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To stop us measuring your visits, block cookies for saauzi.com in your browser, or ask us and we will remove your record.

Security

Traffic to and from Saauzi is encrypted. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to run the service. No system is perfect; if we ever lose control of your data we will tell you.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to account holders.
